1 - Collection Definition: Assistance in preparing collection briefs and the collection plan (seasonality analysis, price positioning, offering, benchmarking, etc.); market needs analysis; liaison with development teams

2 - Showroom: Writing and improving model sheets and collection presentation documents; defining the Core Offer; monitoring market purchases (Europe, North America, and Asia) with analysis of the best investments

3 - Store Launch: Preparation of season monitoring tools; analysis of highlights; tracking of drops and delivery delays

4 - Season Monitoring: Weekly and monthly analysis of global sales and performance (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, channel analysis, impact on permanent products, rankings, etc.)

5 - End-of-Season Review: Analysis of the best products, product lines, promotions, etc. for each category and product family; feedback on performance and achieved objectives
