Write and format internal communication materials (news, newsletters, memos, posters, intranet articles, etc.).

Content Creation

Write content adapted to different internal audiences.

Create or coordinate the creation of visuals, presentations, and communication materials.

Take photos and videos during internal events.

Participate in showcasing projects and initiatives from various departments.

Internal Event Organization

Contribute to the organization of employee events (seminars, information meetings, onboarding days, festive events, etc.).

Manage the logistical and administrative aspects related to these events.

Participate in their promotion and enhancement.

Monitoring and Follow-up

Monitor best practices in internal communication.

Track the performance indicators of implemented actions.

Prepare reports and propose areas for improvement.

Versatile role, from the design of furniture/fittings to installation, including manufacturing. Management of invoices, quotes, and customer relations.
