About Julie

Most AI projects don't fail because of bad technology. They fail because of everything around it,

  • Broken workflows
  • Poor adoption
  • Unclear ownership
  • Solutions built without understanding how work actually happens.
I specialise in two areas: rescuing stalled AI projects that aren't delivering, and helping organisations build new initiatives the right way from the start.

With 6 years of enterprise delivery across Lloyds Banking Group, Sky, Soho House and Expedia, including turning around a £1.5 million stalled Gen AI project in under 2 months, I work hands-on with teams to diagnose problems, design solutions, and make sure everything sticks after I leave.

AI FIXR exists because of a pattern I kept seeing, organisations investing heavily in AI and automation, only to end up with stalled projects, tools nobody used, and expensive implementations that never delivered real value.

As Founder and Principal Consultant, I work directly with leadership teams and delivery teams to diagnose what's actu ally broken and fix it, or help organisations build new AI initiatives the right way from the start.

My work spans the full delivery lifecycle from:
    • Forensic diagnosis of underperforming AI systems
    • Workflow mapping and process redesign
    • Hands-on building and deployment of conversational AI agents
    • Automation workflows
    • Agentic AI programmes.
Recent work includes rescuing a Gen AI project at Soho House that had been dormant for 18 months and had cost £1.5 million, delivering the company's first successful Generative AI deployment within 2 months and automating 90% of customer communication workflows.

I work across 50+ chat tools including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Decagon and much more.

Every engagement is built around one goal — making AI work in the real world, not just on paper.

Led the turnaround of a high-profile Generative AI initiative at Soho House that had been dormant for 18 months and had accumulated costs exceeding £1.5 million. Brought in to diagnose the root causes of failure and deliver what previous attempts could not.

Within 2 months I identified the core structural and operational issues holding the project back, redesigned the delivery framework, and drove Soho House's first successful Generative AI deployment.

The solution leveraged Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce and Microsoft Copilot to automate 90% of customer communication workflows — enabling the customer support team to dramatically reduce time spent on manual tasks including email composition, customer information retrieval, and case management.

Also designed strategic plan for the company's first Agentic AI programme, transitioning the business from passive automation to autonomous, intelligent processes.

Delivered measurable ROI across a complex enterprise tech stack while maintaining strict governance, brand consistency and alignment across engineering, vendor and leadership teams.

Engaged to turn around Expedia's struggling Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) deployment, a B2B AI platform that was underperforming and had low adoption across the global sales team.

Conducted a forensic analysis of the platform's AI-driven predictive analytics, identifying systemic gaps in how the tool was being used and where the data pipeline was breaking down. Redesigned the approach to lead scoring, prospect prioritisation and targeted outreach, resulting in significantly higher conversion rates and improved sales team engagement.

Leveraged ZRA's AI speech recognition and sentiment analysis capabilities to build an automated sales call transcription and analysis framework — delivering real-time insights into customer needs, objections and sales opportunities. This directly improved the accuracy and speed of follow-up activities across the team.

Worked closely with ZRA engineers to resolve technical issues and implement platform enhancements tailored to Expedia's specific operational needs, reducing technical failures by 40% within 6 weeks.
Also directed the international roadmap, expanding AI capabilities to support 9 languages for Expedia's global B2B operations — ensuring consistency and usability across international markets.
