• I promoted and led the centralization of all financial and administrative management of 3 countries in the Group (5 companies) in Barcelona (Spain, France, and Portugal). Improving management and reducing department overhead costs by 50%.

• I participated, representing the Group, in more than 25 acquisition processes. M&A. Successfully closing 2 operations in France, 2 in Spain, and 1 in the UK.

• I set up new commercial delegations, selecting the team and making strategic investments. In Madrid, Toulon, Avignon, Paris, Mallorca, Valencia, and Bilbao.

• I successfully led the merger process of 3 companies in Spain in 2019.

• Management of significant investments in 2019 in machinery and logistics improvements for the Cornellà - Barcelona warehouse.

• In 2020, I negotiated and signed a collective redundancy agreement (ERE).

• I negotiated and signed ICO loans for very significant amounts under extraordinary conditions with Banco Santander and Bankinter.

• For over 10 years, we have been audited by Deloitte and BDO, with no exceptions.

• Following my proposal, we created a holding company, SANZ INBOX SL.

• Under my direction, we drove a real estate investment in industrial warehouses, 24,000 m2. Personal management of land acquisition, construction, and commercialization.

• We designed and implemented a logistics warehouse for 5,000 pallets.

• We migrated to SAP Business One under my coordination.
