As part of a dynamic team of managers, I am responsible for developing Engineering activities in the cantons of Neuchâtel, Jura, Fribourg, and Valais for clients in the Luxury, Watchmaking, Special Machinery, New Technologies, and Food Industry sectors. To develop and build a team of consultants, several steps are involved:

- Listening to clients

- Creating the most suitable offer: on-site consultant, remote from our offices, variable rate, day package, nearshore or offshore

- Searching for the required skills for the project: mechanical, automation, electrical, data scientist, industrial IT, business analyst, project manager, validation

- Recruitment

- Consultant management: career plan, training plan, skill development, proposing additional roles or career progression within Amaris

- Organizing events for consultants or clients
