A graduate with a master's degree in tourism, I cut my teeth as a web writer during my various internships and work-study programs within large groups (Webedia) or start-ups, then I worked for a year as a customer advisor in a TUI travel agency.

Freelance for 7 years now, I offer my services to tourism professionals wishing to improve or create optimized and inspiring content for their communication materials. I also work on Customer Care missions, by email, chat or telephone, in order to offer the best possible customer experience.
