Throughout my career, I have held various positions: tester, developer, and then technical lead for several applications within a third-party application maintenance (TMA) service center. My role was to ensure the maintenance, incident correction, and evolution of the applications under my responsibility.

Subsequently, I became an application owner for Business Analysis (AMOA). This new responsibility allowed me to position myself as a coordinator for development teams and become the key point of contact for business units and users. I also managed all deployments within my scope, in coordination with my development teams and external IT outsourcing teams. Furthermore, I participated in numerous migrations, such as application version upgrades, with a strong link to the software vendor.

I then moved into a project manager role where I was responsible for deploying a network equipment management tool. In this mission, I led several client workshops and managed the project from definition to deployment within the IT department.

My last assignment was in the banking sector, as a process manager, addressing a need to improve internal ticket resolution processes. In this context, I was required to be the key user of the tool, meaning I was the primary contact for all issues encountered and requested evolutions from the business units: a facilitator and animator for the client's entity with all services.

I was also responsible for coordinating knowledge management teams to ensure the updating of procedures and processes.
