At berlinovo, I work in corporate communications, particularly responsible for the further development and support of the intranet. I have completely transformed the existing intranet into a modern social intranet – including conception, content realignment, and migration of all existing content. Furthermore, I work with the team on visual language and graphic design, develop editorial and content plans, and write numerous articles myself. In addition to content maintenance, I am also responsible for system administration. I also regularly conceptualize and lead workshops and training sessions to familiarize employees with the use and editorial work in the (new) intranet.

For DB Cargo, I am creating the communication concept and implementing it for the target audience of future users of the new IT system. I also maintain the communication channels on behalf of the project and create all graphics such as logos or posters. In addition, I create SharePoint pages and define video guidelines for Camtasia. I design and animate videos that demonstrate the use of various tools and provide training to impart knowledge on this subject.

In the Corporate Communications team, I translate complex topics into understandable and appealing language, develop creative communication formats for various subject areas, and manage the deployment and strategic planning of social media channels. My responsibilities also include the weekly creation of an internal newsletter, which I send to over 7,000 recipients. I am responsible for both the content design and the technical implementation.
