More precisely: Writing is my passion – I've known that since elementary school. My resume reflects this: internships, first assignments as a freelance journalist during my studies, and then training as an editor at the Burda School of Journalism. I worked as an editor at 'freundin' for two years, writing for the copy department and managing the food department, while also working as a freelance journalist on the side.
In January 2023, I finally fulfilled my dream and took the leap into full self-employment. As a freelance journalist and copywriter, I write about all sorts of topics that I find exciting myself. My favorite topics include, for example, introversion, business and sustainability, good food, interpersonal relationships, health, and beauty.
I write for various media and am proficient in formats for print, online, and social media. You can find texts by me in STRIVE, 2050, freundin, SZ, the Braut und Bräutigam magazine, or online at womenshealth.de, focus.de, freundin.de, or bunte.de, for example.
In addition, as a copywriter, I help companies to get their values and goals across concisely in website texts, newsletters, or similar. I know how important storytelling is and that every company, every person, can benefit from telling a good story.
During the pandemic, I wrote my first novel (all-ages fantasy genre) and realized how much I enjoy implementing large projects.
In addition to journalistic work, I offer seminars and workshops and love sharing my passion for writing with others. Current workshops include "Gendering in Journalism" and "Writing Better (for the Web).".
