• Responsible for all delivery activity in each of the cities in Galicia & Asturias

• Team management: 12 direct office workers, who in turn manage 170 delivery drivers throughout Galicia, meaning management of a team of around 180 people

• Data analysis through BI tools and decision-making based on this information

• Creation of personalized dashboards through BI tools for more detailed data analysis

• Management and analysis of the productivity, performance, and efficiency of each of the cities in Galicia based on the set objectives

• Decision-making and execution of actions to achieve these objectives

• Responsible for the management of tasks related to the work centers in Galicia: corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities, supplier and workshop management and control, etc.

• Responsible for the production factory's activity

• Management of the production factory personnel

• Production planning

• Responsible for the Continuous Improvement Area in the company (Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office): VSM analysis and factory layout redesign, implementation of 5S and Visual Management, automation and process optimization (process sequencing, value vs. waste, etc.), standardization of procedures and processes, logistics optimization, implementation of Dashboards using Business Intelligence solutions, workload balancing, MES implementation in the factory, and creation and control of indicators

• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of continuous improvement projects based on Lean Manufacturing philosophy: Process optimization (process sequencing, value vs. waste, etc.), standardization of procedures and processes, implementation of the 5S methodology, workload balancing, logistics optimization, and layout design to generate flow in the production processes within the Plant

• Implementation of Dashboards using Business Intelligence solutions

• Digitalization of work orders, cloud solutions, and mobility systems

• Development of applications with Microsoft Access

• Delivery of training
