(Re)laying the foundations: competitive analysis, qualitative study to understand the target audience, brand platform (common thread, vision, mission, values, promise, benefits, proof points, brand tone with examples, editorial themes to know what you are legitimate to speak about with examples, customer experiences with tons of concrete examples to transform strategy into coherent actions).

Result: an aligned, desirable, and effective brand that becomes a lever for growth again.

2. Naming

Create a name that carries your vision.
A distinctive name, legally free, and designed to last.
(Possibility of partnering with an intellectual property lawyer for the legal aspects)

3. Trend Analysis

Understand what is changing in your industry before others do.
Identify weak signals, cultural shifts, and emerging behaviors.
For a brand rooted in its time, never behind.
