Clarity on:
• what is truly worth their time
• the decisions to make now
• what still depends too much on them
• the operational blockages that hinder results
Very often, the leader, without realizing it, becomes the bottleneck of their company:
they centralize, approve, correct, redo work… until they are saturated.
Others move fast, but without clear hierarchy:
everything is a priority, decisions pile up, energy is dispersed.
My role is to intervene as an external strategic eye to bring clarity back where things have gradually become muddled.
I coach SME leaders (and managers) over 3 months to:
