Specializing in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), I support companies in preventing and managing risks in diverse and demanding environments.

My background, built on multi-site experiences and the creation of HSE functions, has allowed me to develop a pragmatic and field-oriented approach. I am involved in structuring HSE approaches, improving practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and deploying concrete actions to strengthen safety culture and organizational performance.

With both an operational and cross-functional vision of risk management, I also lead and raise awareness among teams at all levels of the company, from operational staff to management.

Today, I provide HSE consulting to help companies build sustainable approaches, tailored to their challenges and their on-the-ground reality.

As part of my assignment, I supported several entities of the group, located in the Grand Ouest and Sud-Ouest, covering various activities: freight transport, waste transport (hazardous and non-hazardous), public works transport, construction equipment operators, logistics, rental of modules and construction equipment, maintenance (heavy goods vehicle/light vehicle garage), as well as administrative functions.

My responsibilities:

- Conducting HSE assessments on each site through on-site occupational risk assessment and deployment of a new DUERP methodology

- Developing and structuring an HSE action plan for each site

- Supporting managers in addressing non-conformities

- Formalizing documents: safety protocols, prevention plans, safety inductions, job descriptions, work accident analyses, audits...

- Training employees on risks related to chemical agents

- Coordinating with purchasing for an PPE project

- Monitoring and analyzing work accident statistics

- Coordinating with HR for regulatory training follow-up

Objective: improve regulatory compliance by structuring the HSE approach. Harmonize practices between entities.

In the context of a newly created position, I structured and deployed the HSE approach across 3 sites with complementary activities: administrative, logistics, and freight forwarding. The environment was part of a group logic, requiring compliance with and deployment of corporate HSE requirements.

Safety:

- Creation and deployment of the DUERP methodology

- Occupational risk assessment (EVRP)

- Analysis of work accidents and near misses

- Conducting internal audits

- Management of ADR requirements

- Management of incidents related to dangerous goods

- Deployment of the TMS PRO approach

- Creation of procedures, operating methods, visual management tools, and safety management tools

Environment:

- Participation in the deployment and monitoring of ISO 14001 certification

Infrastructure:

- Management of requests and monitoring of maintenance interventions

- Monitoring of General Periodic Inspections (VGP)

- Contribution to real estate and site development projects

Security:

- Management of access control, intrusion alarm systems, and video surveillance

- Monitoring of AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) requirements

Hygiene:

- Monitoring of site cleaning services (quality, compliance, service provider management)

Quality:

- Training employees on Pharma+ requirements

- Conducting internal Certipharm audits

- Participation in customer Certipharm audits

- Monitoring of delivery non-conformities: returned packages, lost packages, customer complaints

Management & Animation:

- Establishment, monitoring, and management of HSE action plans

- Monitoring and analysis of indicators and associated corrective actions

- Supporting managers in operational action management and non-conformity resolution

- Leading HSE topics in management meetings, CSSCT, and team briefings
