GLPI integration within the ecosystem

Inventory retrieval

To enable the operational maintenance of the Navy's HRIS, I joined the AMOA team for this software. During my assignment, I performed data extractions for individuals without direct access to the SI data, in accordance with the access policy. I conducted tests following corrective updates that impacted data structures, as well as a database migration coupled with an ecosystem change (Windows Server to Linux). All tasks were carried out with the cooperation of the entity responsible for technical solution development. We were also responsible for centralizing all user evolution requests, verifying their implementation from a functional standpoint (in collaboration with various departments), and ensuring their application.

To validate my training course, I led a project from its conception to its delivery. The source code and documentation are available on a private GitHub repository that I can provide.

Tasks:

Establishment of the specifications in the client's presence

Preliminary analysis of impact, load, risk, and usage

Client validation allowed us to move past this stage

Establishment of basic UML diagrams (class, activity, use case, sequence)

Development of the solution with client validation

Generation of documentation and the deliverable
