As a member of an Experience team, I helped in the upscaling of a global B2B e-commerce site in the electrical sector (final client: Sonepar). The main challenges consisted in creating a global, scalable experience for countries (OpCo's) with different needs and markets. During the last 6 months of my participation I also took responsibility for the UX team's planning and coordination.

UX writing mission in English for the creation of a tablet application for the beauty brand La Prairie.

As a consultant, I was responsible for the user experience of an internal workplace at Société Générale. My mission included the following areas:

- Conduct a major qualitative and quantitative study (6 months) for a redesign of the platform's architecture, choosing the methodologies suitable for each research phase.

- Creation of user stories, prototypes, and mockups for different feature teams.

- Align several teams (feature teams, communications, knowledge management, international teams) on the product's UX strategy and share the user-centered approach.

- Regular exchanges with tech leads on the feasibility of our UX proposals.

- Exchanges with developers on the integration of UI improvements.
