Why is my experience as an automotive mechatronics technician valuable?

During my time as an automotive mechatronics technician, I learned to understand complex systems, precisely find the causes of errors, and develop pragmatic solutions. These very skills can be directly transferred to companies and teams: Where people and structures "hitch," I quickly recognize the actual core of the problem and find sustainable ways to solve it. Furthermore, working in workshops showed me the importance of clear communication, teamwork, and stress resistance – skills that now form the basis of my work as a mediator and troubleshooter.

Why is my experience in technical support valuable?

In inbound technical support, I learned to guide people calmly and solution-oriented through stressful situations. On the phone, I had to quickly understand complex problems, explain technical solutions understandably, and at the same time empathetically address customers' concerns. This experience sharpened my ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and act in a structured manner even under pressure – skills that now form the foundation of my work in mediation, coaching, and troubleshooting.
