Debt collection, I experienced it from the inside… and I wanted to reinvent it.

I started as a business lawyer in a medium-sized debt collection firm.

Then I joined a position where I had to supervise the work of a large firm.

Two very different environments… but the same observation:

👉 Impersonal and inadequate procedures, where profit often takes precedence over the client's interest.

👉 Clients lost in complexity, abandoned once the sale is concluded, with lawyers too overwhelmed to explain anything.

👉 Funds returned late, while artisans need their money quickly to keep their business running. Sometimes even, lawyer fees almost equivalent to the amount of the debt.

👉 Files closed without a solution, messages left on answering machines, unanswered letters… even though clients have invested their savings in the procedure.

👉 A total lack of transparency on fees, with fees added drop by drop that the client cannot contest due to lack of legal knowledge.

Regardless of the amount spent or the amount of their debt: the client deserves the best possible support.
