Creation of a fashion brand as part of my thesis project. Development of an upcycling production process as part of my thesis project, with the aim of competing with fast fashion in terms of cost, speed of execution, and accessibility.

Collaboration with a professional seamstress and an industrial engineer in the development and manufacturing of collection prototypes. Conducted a series of research and interviews on the habits, needs, and clothing styles of Gen Z to determine brand positioning and collection design.

Contribution to the design and production of new collections, including material selection, cuts, and colors according to cost constraints, creation of technical sheets, and prototyping follow-up.

Design of a new product range bridging the advertising and retail markets, with a more fashion-forward positioning, including trend research, sketch creation, and technical sheets.

Development of the catalog and promotional visuals following extensive research into graphic design and editorial fashion trends, in collaboration with the brand's artistic director.

Preparation of photoshoot materials, including mood boards, poses, hair, and makeup, and accompanying the photographer and models during shoots in Paris and Morocco.

Collaboration with various artistic directors in the design of personalized packaging and accessories in line with their brand identities, including boxes, hangers, storage furniture concepts, and bows.

Creation of 3D models and technical sheets to ensure factory production and product quality.
