Extra work in a prestigious setting, where I was responsible for several tasks in service and gastronomic event management: Table and bar service, welcoming guests and handling their requests Managing a gastronomic brunch every Sunday, including restocking dishes and maintaining service quality Team coordination to ensure smooth and flawless service during the brunch Monitoring customer satisfaction and managing real-time unforeseen events Close collaboration with the team to ensure quality service in a demanding environment. This experience allows me to combine my organizational and communication skills while offering a high-end customer experience.

Summer experience in a renowned Parisian restaurant, where I was in charge of various tasks related to organization and table service: Daily opening of the restaurant and setup of service areas Customer service during à la carte meals and for groups, sometimes over 100 people simultaneously Managing group service, coordinating between the kitchen and the dining room to ensure fast and smooth service Taking orders, serving dishes, and managing payments Working under pressure, especially during very busy services, while maintaining a high level of service quality.
