Maintenance and evolution of projects for ingesting and processing user data (navigation, video consumption, ...) and A/B testing.

Development of the front-end of an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) including:

• Customizable career site allowing a company to present a showcase in its colors listing its team and job offers, including the following features:

- Button colors, borders, titles, and others configurable on the fly for the administrator

- An application form attached to each job offer, automatically registering the candidate in the database

• Calendar displaying appointments created by the user, including the following features:

- Calendar with day/week/month views listing events and their times, like Outlook calendar

- Appointment scheduling with candidates for job offers and other company recruiters

- Sending emails to the candidate and any recruiters

• Scraping campaign collecting LinkedIn, PhantomBuster, RegionJob users, and others matching predefined criteria

• A section consolidating job offers allowing the configuration of ideal candidate selection criteria

• A section consolidating candidates who applied for offers on the career site or were entered manually by a recruiter, each being assigned an automatic score of correspondence to the job offer criteria

• An inbox allowing access to basic Outlook and Gmail functionalities directly within the ATS after logging into one of these two email accounts.
