Sales Director in a fast-growing startup, I managed the end-to-end sales strategy, from offer structuring to revenue acceleration.

I defined and deployed the go-to-market strategy, built sales processes (prospecting, closing, CRM, reporting) and supported the scaling of the sales team. In close collaboration with the founders, marketing, and product teams, I contributed to aligning business and operational objectives.

My role involved:

Developing the B2B/B2C client portfolio and signing strategic accounts

Implementing performance indicators and management tools

Structuring and managing a sales team

Optimizing sales cycles and profitability

Participating in strategic decisions (pricing, positioning, partnerships)

This startup experience allowed me to develop a strong results-oriented culture, great agility, and the ability to intervene in both operational and long-term strategic planning.

Following my internship, I had the opportunity to sign a contract as a Freelancer with the same company, Dome Media.

I have multiple responsibilities in this startup. I handle content creation/design/branding, as well as marketing and sales of the project.

I completed my final internship at LegalExpert-RH. An amazing experience that allowed me to discover the business developer role and much more. Thanks to my team, I am now able to develop a startup from the beginning to the first client and beyond.
