Client: Accor is a world leader in hospitality, bringing together an integrated hospitality ecosystem designed for growth. The group comprises over 40 hotel brands, 5600 hotels in 110 countries. The group places people at the center of its activities and sustainable development at the heart of its strategy.

Client Objective: Create additional sales, provide Group customers with a solution using AI to facilitate the purchase of furniture present in the hotels during their stay.

Context: Started in September 2023, the first version of the application aimed to test customer experience and receptiveness to this new purchasing experience within hotels.

For this first version, the group had selected 30 different products from MadeIndesign to have a heterogeneous product panel.

Solution Provided: Improve the Boutique-Hotel concept by integrating an AI-based solution for real-time recognition of furniture present in the hotel.

Business Stakes:

The AI model must provide real-time recognition.

The user interface must be simple, understandable, and usable by any customer.

The solution must support scaling to hundreds of products.

Client:Essilor Luxottica is the world leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of ophthalmic lenses, optical equipment, eyeglasses, and sunglasses.

Context:As part of the Transitions Academy, the largest annual event for Essilor Luxottica's Transitions subsidiary, which brings together its 2500 main clients, the group wishes to demonstrate its sense of innovation through a PoC and a live demo. The project was a success and allowed us to sign for the next phase of the project (MVP) and other projects including Pairing Tool.

Project:In 3 weeks, scope and develop a virtual assistant to help optician clients choose their glasses in-store.

Client Problem:Waiting time is often too long for optician clients who prefer to go to a competitor who is immediately available.

Solution Provided: In order to reduce waiting time in-store, we scoped and developed a virtual assistant (Theia) that advises the client on the most suitable frame for their face shape, tastes, and skin tone. The client has the option to try on frames in VR. Once the client has an idea of the most suitable frame, the optician takes over.

The project is key for the Transitions subsidiary (Essilor Luxottica) with a presentation during an event for its 2500 largest global clients (Transitions Academy)
