Backend and APIs

• • Design and development of REST and SOAP APIs (JSON/XML) in PHP (5.6, 7.2, 8.x) and Node.js/TypeScript, applying Clean Code, DDD, dependency injection, and interface-based design.

• • Design and implementation of custom microframeworks on vanilla PHP: annotation processing for automatic endpoint generation and authentication, and a system of reusable Traits that classes incorporate to inherit utilities by packages.

• • Automated testing of APIs and business logic with PHPUnit and the native Node.js test module.

Telephony and integrations (Asterisk)

• • Configuration and management of Asterisk PBX (installation from source code).

• • Development of IVRs in PHP integrated with external systems: unlocking users against Active Directory of different companies, automatic appointment scheduling/cancellation, management of attention queues, and information consultation.

• • Voice application for web via WebRTC.

Applied Artificial Intelligence

• • Design and implementation of a private end-to-end LLM service: deployment of Ollama and private models; API in Python 3 + uvicorn with Langchain for orchestration.
