Since early 2026, I have also been supporting external teams: agentic tools onboarding workshops, integration audits, co-build sprints on concrete cases.

Node.js backend within a diverse agile team (management, ops, frontend, backend, data) — I was hired to lead the evolution of an internal project "GEDI", a system orchestrating machine learning components for the exploration and prospecting of existing datasets for our B2B and B2G clients.

I also contributed to the creation of internal packages (API service for internationalization with i18next, GitLab CI contract testing templates, code utilities packaged into private libraries) to accelerate the bootstrapping of new projects.

Joined a small technical team, I took charge of the design, development, and maintenance of approximately 1,000 white-label and branded CMS sites — a partner base fed from a single codebase but hundreds of different configurations.

I also led several internal process automation projects (deployment of new partners, data migrations, ops tools) and evolved the existing stack: Node.js for new services, PHP for historical components, Python for orchestration, AWS for infrastructure.
