1/ Communication and Prospecting

- Interviews/demos with different personas to better understand acquisition barriers

- Creation/management of a LinkedIn community to promote the platform to various target sectors

- Prospecting (email, LinkedIn) and follow-up (Trello then Favro)

2/ Account Management / User Success for registered users

- Partnership and follow-up with key players in the waste market (e.g., Veolia, Suez, Séché...) and producers (e.g., EDF, administrations, etc.)

- Public relations with federations and unions across all sectors

- Creation of platform documentation (Gitbook)

3/ Transverse: Organization and Strategy (throughout the project)

- Structuring the "deployment" (bizdev) unit of the team: recruitment (4 people in total), defining scopes of action, roadmap, impact measurement based on quantitative (Metabase) and qualitative (field feedback) data

4/ Product / User Research (throughout the project)

- Conducting user interviews to evolve or create a feature

- Co-leading an OpenLab to co-create a new feature with partners

From organizational transformation consulting to professional training, I help teams and work groups organize themselves to collaborate more effectively. My approach is based on recent research in the cognitive science of collaboration and facilitation tools. In this way, I provide insights into the functioning of behaviors in group situations, as well as tools for organizing collaboration within a group.

Co-founder of Cog'Innov, I was responsible for the development and professionalization of the structure for 7 years. Our mission was to support cognitive science researchers in the societal valorization of their work through scientific mediation.
