Description

With almost 30 years of experience in software development and as a freelance business analyst since 2012, I now particularly support companies in the development and implementation of AI strategies. I help organizations to systematically identify the potential of Artificial Intelligence, translate it into concrete use cases, and integrate it sustainably into their processes and business models.

My focus is on the connection between AI strategy, requirements management, and organizational implementation. In workshops (including Design Thinking, OKR, Business Cases, AI Use Case Discovery), I work with business departments and IT to develop viable target visions and roadmaps. I support not only the conception but also the implementation – from prioritizing use cases and data and process integration to scaling AI initiatives.

As an Agile, Delivery, and Collaboration Coach, I orchestrate cross-functional teams and support organizations in building effective structures for data- and AI-driven collaboration – in both agile and traditional project environments. My hands-on mentality is particularly helpful for ramping up new initiatives in complex, dynamic (VUCA) contexts.

Through my experience in startups and corporations, I understand different maturity levels and challenges in introducing AI. I take on interim roles as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager, as well as structured requirements gathering and engineering for data- and AI-based solutions.

A particular concern of mine is the responsible use of AI: As a Sustainability Reporting Advisor (EBS), I combine AI strategy with sustainable corporate development and support organizations in aligning innovation, compliance, and future viability.

In the Product Owner Coaching & Agile Enablement project, the focus was on strengthening agile roles and methods. This included technical and methodological support in requirements management, process and system analyses, as well as coaching Product Owners through individual mentoring and practical "Training on the Job." Scrum Masters were also supported and, if necessary, taken over on an interim basis. With a clear hands-on mentality, agile methods were not only taught theoretically but actively established in daily work, allowing teams to quickly achieve noticeable improvements in collaboration and result quality.
