Within the Program Management department, I supported the management of a strategic information system transformation program, including the ERP migration to M3 CloudSuite.

I ensured project governance, budget management, coordination of business units, IT, and external partners, as well as the structuring of PMO practices to secure project progress and facilitate decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

- Management of an IT transformation project portfolio.

- Budget monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

- Preparation and facilitation of steering committees (Steering Committee, Executive Committee, Board Committee).

- Development of dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs).

- Coordination of business units, IT, integrators, and partners.

- Management of risks, dependencies, action plans, and arbitration.

- Monitoring of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

- Structuring and continuous improvement of PMO methods and tools.

- Supporting teams in change management.

PMO - ERP Migration Recovery

In partnership with the Project Director, I supported the recovery of a strategic ERP migration program for three aeronautical production plants. Integrated into a struggling project, I helped re-establish effective governance, strengthen collaboration between LISI Aerospace and the integrator, and secure operational management to bring the program back under control.

Key responsibilities:

- Support to the Project Director in the overall program management.

- Structuring of project governance and preparation of steering committees.

- Coordination between business units, industrial sites, and the ERP integrator.

- Monitoring of progress, milestones, risks, and action plans.

- Consolidation of reporting and management indicators.

- Facilitating discussions between stakeholders to streamline communication and accelerate decision-making.

- Monitoring of corrective actions and support for project recovery.

- Contribution to securing deliverables and the schedule.
