As Tech Lead, I was technically responsible for the Mypower project.

Mypower is a website that allows customers to get an idea about installing solar panels and gives them the opportunity to get a free quote.

Within the loyalty department, the MonAlerte product is a monthly payment adjustment process that consists of modifying customer monthly payments to avoid a regularization invoice amount and, at the same time, notifying the customer by email and inviting them to update their account on a dedicated web portal.

Development:

Overhaul and implementation of an Adjustment and Alerting batch composed of a set of APIs around a database that centralizes data and communicates with other applications (SAP and C3) via Rest and Soap APIs.

Developments:

▪ Participation in the project design and database part.

▪ Development of external Rest APIs (JSON).

▪ Development of external Soap APIs (XML).

▪ Update of the list of services used by Consumers

▪ Development of "dual" modules to allow processing of electricity and gas contracts

▪ Backend overhaul of the project:

o Design and modeling of the new optimized database

o Implementation of the new backend project architecture

o Redevelopment of the different backend layers and code refactoring and implementation of unit tests in TDD

o Integration of SonarQube into the project and update of the automatic deployment Ansible job

o Use of AWS services (S3, SES, SecretManager)

Within the IT department of the Paris City Hall, their internal and external applications are developed using the open-source Lutece Framework developed by Paris City Hall.

The objective is the operational maintenance of websites and the evolution of the LUTECE Framework and maintaining tools like (Jira, Gitlab, Jenkins) on the IKOULA cloud.

Development:

Maintenance and evolution of their Framework used (LUTECE).

• Intervention in the maintenance and evolution of existing Paris City Hall websites.

• Development of new websites.

• Development of new components based on the Lutece Framework

• Evolution of existing components.

• Implementation of a search engine using SOLR.

• Implement a component that allows desired elements to be ranked higher in search results.

• Management of the IKOULA CLOUD platform hosting Paris City Hall's functional services (Git, Jira, Jenkins...)
