• Implementation of the quality management system, its follow-up and supervision: SOPs, elaboration of the quality manual, handling of deviations and CAPA, HACCP system, as well as coordination of general maintenance activities, contractors for improvement projects, calculation of production costs, finished goods warehouse management. Elaboration of statistical reports on production costs, input consumption, monthly manufacturing charts and quality KPIs.

• Elaboration, management of the validation master plan and implementation of the validation documentation system, as well as the coordination, participation, and supervision of the activities of the validation and metrology department.

• Implementation of the metrology department and laboratory (instrument calibration program via SAP S/4 HANA PM). Supported as a consultant in obtaining GMP from COFEPRIS in the Dünnpharma laboratory.

• Elaboration, management of the validation master plan and implementation of the validation documentation system.

• Coordination, participation, and supervision of the activities of the validation and metrology department, as well as handling internal and external audits.

• Coordination of contractors in improvement projects.

• Coordination, supervision, and participation in the maintenance and IT systems department (Help Desk).
