Today, I speak at conferences, provide training, and offer consulting to public and private actors on crisis management, negotiation, communication in tense environments, and performance under pressure.

I am co-author of the CHRONOS® handbook - High-Intensity Performance, dedicated to performance mechanisms in extreme conditions, and I lecture in universities, notably for Masters programs and the CNAM.

Former operator, sniper, trainer, and crisis negotiator at RAID for 15 years, I evolved in environments where decision-making, communication, and the mastery of human behavior directly condition the outcome of critical situations.

Former high-level athlete, I developed a strong culture of performance, stress management, and mental preparation early on, which I now apply to supporting organizations facing complex or sensitive contexts.

With a Master's degree in Security, Safety, and Defense Engineering, I combine operational experience with a structured approach to support decision-makers and teams in developing their anticipation, crisis management, communication, and leadership skills under pressure.

I also work as an expert for TTA - The Trusted Agency, where I contribute to the design and delivery of training programs for high-intensity environments.
