As a project assistant, I managed and maintained organized repositories of institutional initiatives, ensuring document traceability and periodic updates. I identified funding opportunities and developed comparative tables to facilitate strategic decision-making. I conducted analyses of key institutions for technical cooperation and partnership purposes, and implemented automation processes in Excel to optimize database usage. In this way, I contributed to improving the operational efficiency and reach of CITEC to actors in the innovation ecosystem.

As a project assistant at Antroproyectos Latinoamérica, I coded qualitative and quantitative data in Atlas.ti and systematized technical and territorial information extracted from primary and secondary sources. I coordinated field logistics and, at the same time, facilitated dialogue between communities and the technical team, which optimized the collection of contributions. At the same time, I supervised calendars and deliverables, ensuring their timely approval; in this way, I guaranteed the coherence and quality of each phase of the project.

I have edited texts and academic articles using a rigorous analytical approach and an intercultural sensitivity developed during my training in International Relations. I was responsible for polishing the style, coherence, and structure of scientific manuscripts, adapting citations and references to different editorial formats (APA, Chicago, Harvard, Vancouver), and ensuring the quality of each delivery. I coordinated the editorial process with authors and editors, managed calendars and versions, and executed the content design to ensure that the documents met the standards of clarity and precision required by high-impact academic journals.

At the same time, I systematized information extracted from primary and secondary sources, performed pre-printing tests, and validated the coherence of images, tables, and graphs, which helped optimize the presentation and readability of the works.
