Juan Diego Garin

I am currently the Head of the Systems area at Global Systemic Activation, a company dedicated to Training-Coaching-Mentoring for Elite athletes, founded by Head Coach Javier Capitaine. Global Systemic Activation is an integrated systemic approach for managing transformational processes, using mind-body-emotion as an indivisible unit. My daily tasks consist of maintaining the software used by the administration, from employee communication applications to proprietary software developments that support the organization's processes. Regarding the development of the aforementioned applications, I am part of the programming team and coordinate personnel to carry out the requirements that the administration deems necessary for daily application use.

On this occasion, I have developed many activities of different kinds. Plur Ibiza is a Tourism Agency based on the island of Ibiza - (Balearic Islands), offering a wide range of activities and services for travelers who want to enjoy a unique experience, taking advantage of both the fun it offers and the incredible landscapes. This agency only operates on the island from May to October inclusive, thus taking advantage of the massive influx of tourists. During the months when the agency is not active, tasks are sporadic and carried out remotely. The agency offers clients the possibility to access different services, such as:

-Entry to events.

-Boat trips

-Different types of parties, etc. These services were marketed as "Packages" and by purchasing them in advance, clients could save up to 50% of the total cost on some occasions.

-2017: SALESPERSON: Search and organize the activity packages offered by the agency, offering them to tourists through a Web booking system.

-2018: TEAM LEADER: Recruitment of staff (approx. 20 people) who would be part of my own sales team and then assist them during the season (May-Oct).

-2019-2020:

-Assistance to Agency Team Leaders for their team recruitment.

-Economic Projections with Agency Executives.

-Total control of the organization's Income and Expenses.

-Important decisions on Resource use.

-I designed, implemented, and managed a new sales control system that allowed salespeople to manage their clients' sales much more efficiently.
