Specializing in the creation of ergonomic digital solutions, I design intuitive interfaces for major clients in the construction sector (Eiffage, Illico, Nove, Axsol), combining UX/UI expertise with agile project management.

My approach:

- Understanding needs: I organize workshops to precisely define user and client expectations, ensuring a perfect match with the functionalities to be developed.

- UX/UI Design: Creation of user flows, sitemaps, and mockups in response to identified needs, with particular attention to navigation fluidity.

- Prototyping and validation: Design of interactive prototypes and validation with clients during regular meetings to ensure their compliance.

- Design system: Definition of a complete design system (buttons, typography, icons, states) to ensure visual and technical consistency of the application.

Project Management:

- Team Coordination: Management of 2 simultaneous projects, with 4 developers per project, and regular interaction with clients to gather and clarify their needs.

- Communication and Monitoring: Translation of client needs into functional requirements, monitoring the proper implementation of mockups, and adherence to deadlines.

- Go-live and Acceptance Testing: Supervision of the prototype go-live process, management of the testing and acceptance testing phase, ensuring feature validation before final delivery.

- Technical Support: Collaboration with the lead developer to define technical steps, writing processes to facilitate development, and organizing team testing.

Ergonomic audit based on Bastien and Scapin principles and creation of wireframes for one of their clients.

Analysis of consumer behavior and needs.

Identification of improvement opportunities and problem-solving.

Contribution to user experience architecture.

Creation of wireframes, conceptual diagrams, user flows, visual mockups, and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies.

Analysis of consumer feedback and usage.
