For over 10 years, I have been supporting NGOs, UN agencies (UNICEF, UNHCR), and local governments in skills development and project steering. Regular collaboration with RedR UK, a historical leader in humanitarian training, to design and deliver customized training (management, leadership, non-violent communication, workplace well-being, project cycle, multi-stakeholder coordination). I have trained several hundred managers and coordinators (up to 40 per session, in FR & EN) and contributed to capacity-building strategies adapted to complex environments. In parallel, I also worked in event management during the 2021 Olympic and Paralympic Games with Elevate France, managing marketing events for Toyota and Coca-Cola, directly supervising a team of 3 people and coordinating 500 hosts and hostesses in the field.

Establishment and management of Play International's operations in Senegal. Opening the mission: search and installation of offices, recruitment and structuring of a national team (10 logistics, administrative, and program staff). Strategic steering and institutional partnerships: representation with authorities and signing of official agreements with the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Sports, Ministry of Health, and the Senegalese Olympic Committee. Program management: supervision of a sports education project funded by the Chanel Foundation, the Orange Foundation, and AFD (French Development Agency) (total budget: €300,000). Multi-stakeholder coordination: monitoring implementation with two local partner NGOs (30 to 50 employees each), with enhanced support in project management and skills development. Representation and negotiation with international NGOs, donors, and local authorities to strengthen the sports education ecosystem in Senegal.

Steering a multi-stakeholder nutrition program of €2 million, funded by the British government (DFID), in a war-torn context related to Somalia. Representation, diplomacy & negotiation: main interlocutor for the donor, strategic link between donor authorities and a consortium of 4 international NGOs. Direct management of a team of 5 technical experts and operational coordination of several dozen staff through partner NGOs. Negotiation and coordination with the governments of Kenya and Somalia, UN agencies, and local NGOs to ensure the coherence and impact of interventions. Development and implementation of capacity-building strategies, budget monitoring, donor reporting, and institutional representation in nutrition clusters. Central role in mediation and diplomatic persuasion to ensure stakeholder buy-in in a sensitive environment.
