We are building a learning structure where data flows unfiltered, allowing the director to adjust strategy in real-time in the face of unforeseen events.

Objective:Focus experts on strategy and analysis. Whether a Project Manager, Salesperson, or Marketer, value lies in the human element, not data entry. I intervene to eliminate tedious and often neglected tasks, so that each resource can focus on what truly generates value.

Objective:Secure the trajectory and challenge systematic deviations. "On major projects like an ERP or a logistics unit, the main risk is passive acceptance of delays and cost overruns. I intervene to challenge the execution strategy and support current managers in maintaining the necessary perspective against risks."
