As part of this strategic mission, I am responsible for the in-depth analysis of data from computer workstations to evaluate and optimize the user experience within the company. Using the advanced tool Interact Software, I collect essential data to ensure accurate and relevant analysis.

The information gathered is then processed and valued in Power BI, where I develop and provide detailed reports for project owners (MOA). These reports clearly visualize the adequacy of IT equipment with user needs and identify areas for improvement.

In addition, I manage the real-time data feed, creating dashboards in Grafana. This initiative allows for proactive detection of potential incidents even before users report problems to the hotline, thereby strengthening reactivity and prevention within IT systems.

I am also responsible for industrializing Power BI reports, coordinating the various stakeholders from the data lake to the data warehouse, to ensure automated and efficient data feeding for our reports.

I was also appointed Scrum Master for the EUEM team, orchestrating the agile workflow to maximize the team's productivity and efficiency.

This mission represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of user experience through targeted data analysis, proactive incident management, and efficient project management.

I had the opportunity to lead a training program for 24 individuals transitioning into the dynamic and in-demand field of Data Analysis. This intensive program was designed to cover the fundamental and advanced aspects necessary to excel in this domain.

The curriculum was carefully crafted to include in-depth instruction on SQL, Python, databases, machine learning, and business intelligence (BI). Each module was tailored to develop both technical and analytical skills, ensuring a holistic understanding of the most relevant tools and techniques in today's industry.

My role as a trainer was not limited to technical instruction; I also fostered a hands-on approach to learning. Participants worked on real-world projects and case studies to solidify their understanding and ability to apply their knowledge in professional contexts.

The focus was on preparing participants not only to understand data but also to interpret it critically and make informed decisions, effectively equipping them for their future careers as Data Analysts.

As part of this rewarding mission at Orange, I had the privilege of conducting initial training sessions on Qlik Sense, a powerful data visualization and analysis tool. My goal was to introduce users to mastering this technology, providing them with the necessary skills to fully leverage its capabilities.

The training sessions were designed to be interactive and engaging, ensuring a deep and practical understanding of the tool. After establishing a solid foundation during the initial sessions, I also led personalized coaching sessions. These follow-up sessions focused on the practical application of acquired skills, helping participants integrate Qlik Sense into their daily activities and overcome specific challenges encountered in the field.

My teaching approach emphasizes learning by example and problem-solving, enabling users to become not only proficient but also self-sufficient in using the tool. This continuous coaching ensures a smooth transition from theory to practice, maximizing the tool's adoption and effectiveness within the organization.
