Support Program for Decent Employment and Integration through Vocational Training (PAIED-FP), implemented by Enabel, AFD and GIZ, co-financed by the European Union, AFD and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in partnership with the Ministry of Technical Education, Vocational Training, Employment and Entrepreneurship.

Co-construction and management of an entrepreneurial program for young people in technical and vocational training: awareness, ideation, coaching, project competitions, and post-training follow-up with specialized service providers.

Coordination and mobilization of stakeholders (local authorities, schools, private sector, incubators, financial institutions) around initiatives promoting entrepreneurship for young people and women.

Strengthening of transversal skills (soft skills) and support for learner participation in events (technical and financial support).

Project management: activity planning, budget monitoring, coordination with implementation partners and consultants, stakeholder mobilization, risk management, and KPI-based reporting.

(Intervention "Urban Entrepreneurship" – Entreprena Program, Guinea)

- Incubation & acceleration: supporting entrepreneurs through the Score Inc. program; coordination of two editions of Score Inc. Day (showcasing cohorts, networking, experience sharing).

- Kindia Entrepreneurial Hub – GanganConnect: setup by local entrepreneurs; equipment and commissioning of the hub; launch of services, continuous animation, and building an entrepreneurial community.

- Digitalization & capacity building: supporting businesses with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; (re)defining brand identity; creating/updating websites and social media; designing custom tools to support growth.

- International events: organizing, in collaboration with RESAE, the participation of 10 Guinean companies in VivaTech 2023 (Paris) — innovation exhibition, expanding collaboration networks ("study tour" format).

- Collaboration with the ecosystem: supporting structuring initiatives (Label Guinée, SADEN, Tourism Season) in collaboration with APIP, ONT, BSTP, and private actors from the digital, sustainable city, hospitality & tourism sectors.

Assisting the client in using the platform and being their primary contact.

Defining program KPIs and animation plan.

Proposing levers to achieve member loyalty and engagement goals.

Proposing improvements to programs and their functionalities.

Communicating program performance (reports/analyses) and organizing steering committees.

Handling complaints.

Monitoring platform configuration (content, visuals, FAQ, Terms and Conditions, standard rules).

Testing and assisting the client with testing.

Project planning with the Project Director, monitoring adherence to schedules and profitability (budget and time management).

Preparing quotes for program evolutions and additional animation requests.

Acting as the client's voice for internal teams.

Website translation into English.

Writing training manuals for the Zendesk tool.
