As a freelancer, I have been fortunate enough to work with clients across a broad range of sectors, from luxury homewares to wine merchants, natural body care brands to historic city-centre marketplaces, and I am confident my skillset will be able to bring something new to your business and marketing strategy.

My ideal 'set up' is for my clients to feel like I'm part of their team. Addison Ross is a well-established British brand who specialised in luxury photo frames, however, in recent years the brand has diversified into now designing and producing and ever-growing collection of luxury homewares including mirrors, trays, candlesticks, placemats etc.

I joined the team at just the time they were beginning to launch some of their newest and most exciting new product ranges and so it became incredibly important to help push the new products to ensure their success, whilst also maintaining solid messaging about the original and evergreen frames and photo service the brand offered.

Naturally with email marketing, it has also been one of my biggest challenges to help grow customer retention, convincing people who have already invested in the brand to keep coming back again and again.
