Solution Design: Identify design issues, work through issues with 3 party suppliers and implement response plans to address design issues.

Large-Scale Data Transformation: Led a technology transformation initiative involving data collection methods for 17million consumers in the United States, aligning to recommended standards from the Office of Management & Budget.

Enterprise Analysis: Performed comprehensive SWOT analysis across OptumHealth, through interviewing and secondary data analysis, to identify investment opportunities and strategic areas for organizational improvement such as data interoperability.

Product Development: Developed a chronic conditions proof-of-concept (POC) leveraging insight from frontline care delivery, digital products & medication management. POC led to program initiation of patients with multiple chronic conditions.

Strategy Alignment: Ensuring projects maintain strategic and industry alignment by implementing data operability standards complying with United States Core Data for Interoperability (USCDI).

International Workstreams: Directed international workstreams across EMEA and North American (EST/PST) time zones, maintaining project continuity and alignment.

Innovation: Led a summer intern group in developing a prototype application for seniors applying human-centered design.
