With 3 student assistants, whom I supervise, I manage the IT landscape here. The company works with Zoho software. Here we work daily on automations and try to optimize business processes.

with a focus on system administration and CRM development. My responsibilities included developing and maintaining Salesforce components, connecting external tools, and performing system updates. Additionally, I built Propstack for digital sales support and configured it for new construction projects. By independently building interactive dashboards, I was able to optimize processes across departments. I was also the first point of contact for analyzing and resolving IT issues in daily operations, thereby deepening my technical and analytical skills.

By founding and managing Fray Designs, I built a sustainable fashion label focused on modern, versatile streetwear. In addition to creative collaboration with designers, I was responsible for the entire business operation – from online shop management, sales, accounting, and controlling to strategic business development. By developing a strong brand identity with a focus on fair production and certified materials, I gained valuable experience in brand building, leadership, and corporate management. The presence on social media (@fray_designs) helped build an engaged community and successfully position the label.
