I have provided top customer service for companies as large as Starbucks at their HQ for international internal customer support where I supported staff at all levels of the company, to smaller IoT companies like PicoBrew which also had a worldwide customer base. At PicoBrew not only did I provide customer service and support, but also sales, product knowledge and field repair support. I traveled for the company to represent them, and do presentations, at beer brewing conventions across the USA. There I was able to sell products and meet customer face to face, as well as network with other industry professionals to see if our product was a good fit for their pilot small batch brewing series.
