Throughout my professional life, I've discovered something not always mentioned in conversations about technology, strategy, or digital transformation: people get blocked, even the brightest ones. Pressure, demands, speed... sometimes they shut us down. And my purpose, as both CIO/CMO and sports coach, has always been the same: to help them shine again.

I've spent over 20 years creating technological infrastructures, communication strategies, and growth projects from scratch in international environments. But what truly drives me isn't code, tools, or KPIs: it's understanding the people behind them. I translate human needs into profitable technological solutions, but above all, into solutions that alleviate, organize, and bring clarity.

My psychology training taught me to read what's unsaid. My experience in technology taught me to build what others only imagine. And sports—coaching and managing clubs with over 400 families—taught me to lead with calm, empathy, and the right amount of demand. There, I understood that real progress happens when someone accompanies you just when you're about to give up.

I deeply believe in a human-centered digital transformation, where technology doesn't pressure but liberates. Where teams don't fear change but see it as an opportunity. Where each person has space to find their own path, even when the demands seem overwhelming.

Today, I continue to unite these three worlds—psychology, technology, and leadership—to help organizations and individuals move forward fearlessly, with focus, and with results born from trust.
