Among other functions: management of the data collection process, configuration and parameterization of the e-Administration platform to adapt it to the specific needs of the client. Planning and control of tasks preceding implementation, training for end-users and system administrators, assistance during implementation and subsequent customer support. Development of progress and execution status meetings.

Analysis, design, and adaptation of administrative processes to new technologies, modernization of administration.
