Onsorga — Mobile app for collective organization of trips and events

Solo design, development, and publication of a cross-platform mobile application (iOS, Android, Web) that centralizes everything a group needs to organize a trip, outing, or co-living: activity planning, attendance management, expense sharing, meal assignment, collaborative tasks, and practical information. Designed to replace the juggling of WhatsApp + Tricount + Google Sheets with a single fluid app.

Technical Stack:

Flutter 3 / Dart in frontend (Riverpod architecture, go_router navigation, mobile/tablet/web responsive design), Supabase in backend (Postgres, Row Level Security, Realtime, Storage, Edge Functions), magic link authentication, universal iOS/Android deep linking, PostHog (analytics) integrations, Stripe (monetization), url_launcher (Maps/Waze).

Key Achievements:

Complete modeling of a multi-tenant schema with Supabase RLS (projects, members, roles, attendance, expenses, activities, tasks, meals)

Realtime synchronization on all screens via Riverpod providers

Universal link sharing system with iOS and Android deep links (App Links + assetlinks.json)

Complete CI/CD via GitHub Actions: automatic iOS builds to TestFlight, Android builds to Google Play, Web deployment on Cloudflare Pages

App Store and Google Play publication (management of closed testers, GDPR compliance, privacy policy)

Rapid iteration using product methodology: real user testing, feedback, Linear ticket, code, commit, redeployment
