Joseph Maroun

Engineer with a master's degree in supply chain management and purchasing from ESSEC, I began my career in strategy and operations management consulting. Since then, I have gained significant experience as an ERP consultant and process leader, particularly in production and maintenance modules.

Over the past three years, I have worked in various sectors, addressing diverse issues. I notably participated in a major SAP implementation project as a Business Process Consultant, where I was responsible for the PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules. In this context, I visited and implemented the core model in over ten manufacturing plants across Europe, ensuring the harmonization and optimization of industrial processes.

In addition to these SAP projects, I have also supported clients on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), diagnostic and implementation, logistics master plans, and business reorganization. Certified Green Belt, I have led process optimization and productivity improvement missions using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, which allowed me to generate significant gains in operational efficiency.

These experiences in various sectors, such as manufacturing, agri-food, pharmaceuticals, and retail, have convinced me to specialize further in information systems. I am now focusing on ERP project implementation, with particular expertise in maintenance and production.

Curious and with excellent interpersonal skills, I easily integrate into different organizations, quickly taking on my role and adapting to deadlines. My goal is to continue providing innovative solutions while contributing to the continuous improvement of industrial processes.
