In my role at CARIAD, I guided teams and leaders through change processes and phases of organizational uncertainty. A key part of my work involved designing and moderating interactive workshops for team development, collaboration, and alignment during transformation phases.

I supported change management initiatives with the goal of keeping teams capable of action, resilient, and high-performing, even under challenging circumstances. A particular focus was on building trust and psychological safety as a foundation for effective collaboration, open communication, and continuous development.

Furthermore, I facilitated the design and optimization of hybrid work models, enabling effective collaboration both on-site and in distributed, international teams. Through practical methods, structured facilitation, and close collaboration with stakeholders, I contributed to implementing change processes effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.

With Klimaneustart, we established a popular initiative that operates entirely on the consensus principle and is driven solely by voluntary commitment.
