About Joséphine

Freelance photographer & videographer,I create visual content that serves both the image and the communication objectives of my clients.

Trained at the Institut Saint-Luc inphotographyand then at the Beaux-Arts de Belgique in **advertising**, I spent eight years building a perspective, not just a technique. Genuine creative thinking behind every image, not just mastery of the tool.
I often work with an assumed cinematic aesthetic: worked lighting, textures, atmospheres that I adapt to each brand's universe.

Artistic direction, moodboarding: I bring a global vision.

What I offer:

- Corporate & brand content photography
- Professional video (institutional, interview, advertising, digital content)
- Artistic direction & moodboarding
- Specific aesthetics: analog, Super 8, VHS, cinema grain

Preferred fields:

- Hospitality & lifestyle (hotels, restaurants, spas, luxury real estate)
- Professional events (seminars, conferences, launches)
- Personal branding (entrepreneurs, LinkedIn profiles, personal brand)

Why work with me:

Fine Arts + field experience + communication strategy = a trained eye, not just intuitive. I understand your brand's challenges even before picking up the camera.

📍 Based in Bordeaux this summer, available in Lille, Paris, and all over France. International assignments depending on projects.

Experience

  • Raw Rodeo Studio
Founder & Art Director - Photographer · Videographer · Editor · Community Manager · Storyteller
    January 2023 - Today (3 years and 7 months)
Raw Rodeo Studio is my freelance creative studio: a space where artistic direction, visual production, and digital strategy converge to create content with soul. I work alone or coordinate with teams depending on the project's scope.

What I do in practice: photography, video, editing, community management, and visual storytelling for brands, venues, and personalities who want more human, more embodied, more distinct communication.

From brief to final delivery: artistic direction, shooting, post-production, editorial planning, copywriting – I can handle the entire creative chain.

My preferred universes: hospitality in all its forms: hotels, restaurants, cafes, spas, wellness, but also surfing and coastal lifestyle, weddings and grand emotions, portraits and personal branding for entrepreneurs and executives, corporate and institutional photography, family and life moments.

Seemingly different universes, but connected by the same thread: light, emotion, and authenticity.

On the video side: institutional films, Instagram Reels, TikTok content, aftermovies, interviews, advertising videos, cinematic editing. Each format designed for the platform, each edit designed for emotion. Careful color grading, sound design, rhythm – nothing is left to chance.

On the photo side: reportage, portrait, food, interior design, lifestyle, events, weddings, personal branding. A cinematic approach, carefully crafted lighting, a recognizable aesthetic, analog at heart, digital in execution.

Based all over France and available internationally. Multiple simultaneous contracts, loyal clients who return. I build lasting collaborations with clients seeking a unique perspective, not an interchangeable provider.

  • Joséphine Jouvenez
    UGC Content Creator — Freelance
    SOCIAL NETWORKS
    February 2025 - Today (1 year and 6 months)
Alongside my photo and video work, I've ventured into UGC content creation. A natural evolution: after years of filming and photographing for others, I wanted to embody the products and universes I champion myself, to offer my clients a different type of content, more human, more authentic, closer to reality.

UGC today is what brands are looking for to break the mold of overly polished, overly smooth, overly produced content. Embodied videos, shot with a natural and sincere eye, that speak directly to a community. This is exactly what I offer: my eye as a photographer and videographer serving a spontaneous and engaging format.

I work for beauty brands, mobile apps, food supplements, lifestyle products, fashion brands, accessories, online services, and many other universes. Each collaboration results in videos designed to convert: catchy hook, product storytelling, natural staging, format adapted for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.

A rapidly growing area, complementing my overall offering and allowing my clients to have both high-end visual production and embodied content, ready to perform on social media.

  • MAJO
    Photographer, Videographer & Artistic Director
    TRAVEL AND TOURISM
    January 2025 - April 2025 (3 months)
    Denpasar, Indonesia
Complete management of the digital content strategy for a hospitality group in Bali, a universe in itself comprising cafes, restaurants, villas, spas, catamarans, and bespoke vacation experiences.

Five establishments with distinct identities: two spas (You Spa Gili T and Bali), two catamarans (Utopia), a boutique hotel (Majo Privé Villas), and a restaurant (Kabane).

For each venue, a 360° mission: artistic direction, photo and video production, graphic charter design, industry monitoring, creation and planning of publications. The challenge was twofold: give each establishment a strong and coherent visual identity, while maintaining overall unity within the group. Not just producing content: thinking, designing, and embodying a different universe for each experience, each clientele, each moment of life.

Photo and video shooting across all locations. Artistic direction tailored to each context: natural light, staging, choice of angles, directing models. Video editing, cinematic color grading, editorial planning, and online publication. Each piece of content designed to tell an emotion, an experience, a lifestyle, not just illustrate a place.

Coordination with a multidisciplinary team: graphic design, sales, marketing, interns. Learning to converge all these areas towards the same creative objective, in a demanding environment with different deadlines, different cultures, and different work rhythms. A lesson in creative management as much as visual production, which confirmed my ability to lead complex, multi-venue, and multi-format projects from A to Z.

A foundational experience in my career: Bali, hospitality, and visual creation as the common thread throughout.

Education

  • Master's Degree in Advertising
École Supérieure des Arts Saint-Luc | Tournai, Belgium
    2021
