Production of a CSR video for internal teams, made on the Les Fontaines campus.

Beyond the technical aspects, this type of project requires a real understanding of internal communication challenges: how to translate corporate values into images without being generic, how to create content that truly resonates with employees and carries a message consistent with the brand's identity.

I worked upstream with the teams to identify the objectives, the desired tone, and the key messages – even before deploying the equipment. The production was then handled from A to Z: on-site capture, art direction, narrative editing, color grading, and sound design.

As a video editor for the Finary YouTube channel, I handle the entire post-production process. My mission includes selecting and organizing footage, narrative editing, and integrating animated graphic elements to illustrate complex financial concepts.

I optimize visual quality through precise color grading (color correction, contrast and luminance management) and enhance video impact with sound design (track cleaning, multichannel mixing, soundtrack integration). My methodical approach maintains production standards while adhering to publication deadlines, actively contributing to the channel's growing audience engagement.
