I build, secure, and run IT for organisations that need it to just work. 15+ years across UK Government, Nordic banking, aerospace, and high-growth scaleups, with the last four years focused on identity and access management as a discipline rather than a side-task.

At OOONO I built the IT and identity platform from zero: Entra ID end-to-end, hybrid Entra Connect with on-prem AD, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, RBAC across systems, and the joiner/mover/leaver automation that keeps it stable. Before that I cleared ransomware and GDPR breaches end-to-end, ran Cherwell ITSM for a global Airbus business unit, and shipped a global Windows 10 + Google Workspace migration at Satair.

Leading IT for a fast-growing consumer tech scaleup , built the function end-to-end.
• Built the entire IT infrastructure from the ground up , directory, identity, endpoint management, multi-layered security protocols, and procurement.
• Halved application/SaaS spend through licensing review, vendor renegotiation, and consolidation , direct annual cost reduction across the IT stack.
• Led response to several security incidents , ransomware, virus outbreaks, data exposure, and GDPR-relevant incidents , contained, remediated, and tightened controls to prevent recurrence.
• Designed and built a custom internal IT platform unifying service status, project management, team rota, SaaS license management, activity monitoring, and ITSD integration , a single hub aggregating data from multiple vendors.
