🌐 Mission Context

Allianz Trade France (formerly Euler Hermes), a global leader in credit insurance, is committed to providing its buyers with a range of guaranteed limits and their Allianz Trade rating, as part of the Credit Insurers' Agreement of January 2009. To deliver this information with the best possible user experience, Allianz Trade has opted for a WebApp since 2018: TradeScore. A few months after I joined, I unlocked a budget to undertake a complete redesign of the application.

💼🎨 My mission as Product Manager | Product Designer:

As a Product Manager, I am involved daily in:

- Ensuring the Run of the current application, which allows me to be close to my users on a weekly basis (User Research)

- Based on a Product Vision, maintaining a Roadmap and using it internally to align business and technical teams

- Carrying out complete Delivery cycles: feature specifications, sprint monitoring (2 weeks) with my technical team, test creation, ...

As a Product Designer, I am involved in:

- Conducting Discovery work, based on internal and external feedback

- Being proactive in proposing technical design, constrained by Group requirements, by liaising with IT Security, IT Architecture, Compliance, Privacy, etc. teams

- UX/UI design of the application using mockups based on a Design System (NDBX Allianz)

🤝 In addition to my Product Manager | Product Designer duties, I am involved in:

- Meeting Fintechs for the creation of new e-commerce products

- Participating in the design of Landing Pages to convert our clients on B2B e-commerce products

- Facilitating training workshops on E-commerce or Tech aspects

👾 B4Finance is a startup offering a new interface to Management Companies and Wealth Management Firms, allowing them to save and organize a significant amount of client data. B4Finance also offers these companies the ability to digitize their investment fund subscription processes, which were historically done via paper files.

✅ Understanding client expectations and creating wireframes to visually translate needs

✅ Writing user stories and managing the developers' backlog

✅ Writing and executing test plans
